We at Shan Translation offer professional services of translation, transcription, data entry, digitizing, desktop publishing, and typing, subtitling, proofreading, and content writing services at a rate that is agreed upon by the customer before the commencement of the service. Once the customer agrees upon the rate that is quoted it is assumed that the customer has carefully gone through the quotations and have clearly understood the terms and conditions that governs the deliverable.
However, in case a term is not clearly defined in the Customer Refund Policy then the definitions set out in the Terms and Conditions shall apply.
However, by using Shan Translation the customer has read and understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions defined in the customer refund policy.
The customer refund policy applies when:
- A Customer orders a Translation
- The customer pays for the translation
- We confirm the order
- The customer either fails to receive the translation or the translation received is not human translation
At this juncture it ought to be mentioned that any refund decision that we take or the amount that is to be reimbursed is our sole discretion and is final and is binding upon the customer.
Ways to claim for a refund
If the customer wants to claim a refund a request should be made by email at languages@shantranslation.com within one month of receiving the document. We as an organization are open to review after the customer has received the document, but in any case we will not make any additions.
In case, the customer feels that the quality of the translated document is not that good, we give the document to a second translator for proofreading. In case, the problem lies with us, we will either refund the amount to the customer or we will make a fresh copy for the customer depending upon the choice of the customer.
